One of our care staff will contact you to confirm the circumstances of the accident and the details of the other parties involved. We aim to do this within 15 minutes of being notified if your car is undriveable.
When we have qualified the accident liability we will then contact you to confirm whether we are able to provide a replacement car.
We’ll then liaise with the repairing bodyshop and, where appropriate, arrange collection of your damaged car.
Shortly before we are due to deliver your replacement car, we will contact you to confirm the details and arrange a delivery time / location that’s most convenient for you.
In addition to a replacement car we can also help recover your insurance policy excess and out of pocket expenses as well as help you seek compensation for personal injury and loss of earnings.
